"I started coming to the San Mateo location after my father had a stroke almost 3 years ago and needed to move into assisted living. The staff is very patient and friendly. I've had to bring my dad's hearing aids in for cleaning, repair and inspection. Sue is very knowledgeable and will go the extra mile to make sure the aids are in good working condition. I highly recommend Miracle-Ear. They have worked miracles on my father's hearing aids for almost ten years, and they stand behind their product."

"Sue is very easy to deal with and very sensitive to people's needs. She spends a lot of time listening and learning what is the appropriate hearing aid for any given client. Her door is open for getting aids quickly repaired when needed and is always willing to do deep cleaning of aids for her clients. She also can provide hearing tests. The aids offered are of high quality and the warranties are quite good. Sue is clear about what products are available and appropriate for the clients. I never get a sense of being over sold on a product. I think this is particularly important for elderly people like my 93 year old mother."
