"Absolutely awful. The chicken Bento box and side of tempura shrimp were not fresh at all. The rice was clumpy and the vegetables were undercooked and tough and the tempura shrimp were so stale and chewy that I had a difficult time eating it. After paying $25 for this mess most of it ended up in the garbage. I don't recommend this place if you work in the mall and are hungry on your lunch break. The quality of the food is heinous and the employees are extremely cold and rude. Never again!"

"I wouldn't call it sushi. Terrible. Rice has no flavor and odd consistency. Salmon and Avocado were fresh. Very disappointing!!!"

"So I paid $21 for 2 plates of this sorry meal. This is a rip off. So I paid for cabbage on the side your veggies is supposed to have carrots and broccoli. What is this?"

"The teriyaki chicken was gross. The rice was full of the sauce that tasted weird and had a strange texture to it. I ended up throwing it away and having only the lemonade."

"My order number was skipped, and I was waiting for only ten minutes so I waited on the side to speak up to give them time to finish my order but it never came. After waiting about almost 25 minutes with more orders coming out ready, I went back into the line and pulled out my receipt and asked about my order, the person who took my order looked at the person at the register and my receipt and then me like I was stupid or something and he asked me what my order number was and I said 70. And he said 72? 69? Or something like that and I said no, seven. Zero. As if the order number and my whole order isn’t on the receipt that he had been staring at and like he wasn’t the one to take my order. And then after about two minutes of just looking at each other and myself he got my order together in like 5 minutes. Food was okay but service is not worth it, first impression wasn’t good and won’t be coming here again"
