"Super Disappointed & upset. They messed up my phone order which was over $100. Reordered in the restaurant, Told them I had a seafood allergy. I waited 30min for my plate. Even left a tip! Came home and and there was shrimp in my plate ????? I called and they just gave me a refund for just the plate that they messed up on and nothing else. Like I’m sorry but just saying your sorry is not enough. Now I’m here super upset while everyone around me is having dinner without me. Even had the audacity to tell me next time you want a refund you have to bring the plate back ?? Like take the plate back I can’t even eat it anyways. I thought they were going to be nicer and more understanding. Since they were at fault … not once but twice."

"Quality food, every time. I recommend making a reservation if you plan to sit at the chefs table, otherwise on most days you can eat at the bar (all ages). We come to the chefs club table ever year for birthdays and it’s great! The kids portions are huge (soup or salad, white rice, zucchini, onion, corn, shrimp your choice of chicken, steak, filet, or shrimp and ice cream)The chefs are super friendly and have great jokes and do well with children. The steaks are high quality and sushi is fresh. This is the place to go to if you are looking for great food and a great experience."

"Stopped by Benihana and put our name on the list, and we're waiting for about 30 minutes. The restaurant was not busy but we waited just because we had heard that it was good. We saw the 2.9 star reviews, and now I know why. The sushi chef we observed was picking his teeth with a toothpick, and the restaurant did not appear to be clean. We decided after viewing these things to take our name off the list and head to greener pastures. Maybe we just showed up on a bad day. Nonetheless, we won't be back to this location and will try the one in Newport Beach."

"We came here on a Friday night for a friend's birthday and it was really fun! The food was really good and my 5yo soon had a great time watching the chef cook the food in front of us! I got the veggie fried rice and spicy tofu and it tasted really good! Super garlicky and delicious! My son got the chicken nuggets and white rice and he ate most of his food. The chef did a great job with our dietary restrictions!"
