"What a terrible experience. My partner came here and spent $$$ even though they received very poor service. We went in thinking it was a m size inclusive brand. Boy were we wrong. The associates repeatedly brought the wrong size clothes even though they were asked for larger sizes specifically. Why tho? You have took the measurements! Bring the right size! This isn’t about flattery it’s about finding clothes that fit. Anyone who has tried on clothes that are too small knows how uncomfy it feels. To be subjected to it over and over again is just rude. To make matters worse, after dropping $$$ my partner came back in for their jacket that they left in the dressing room only to hear the associates talking very negatively about their body. How unnecessary and rude. Don’t come here if you are fat or queer. Zero stars!"

"Quality clothes, just make sure they order the right size for you. I bought a pair of pants here last week, tried them in store in different color, associate ordered them for me. I received the pants one size up couple days later. Came to explain and replace/reorder them, but different associate told me no returns or exchanges on sale items?! Even though the associate made a wrong size order. It was a young associate, we all mistakes. Pretty disappointing I must say, because I liked the product."

Ish was extremely knowledgable and had me in and out of there with 3 pairs of pants purchased in 30 minutes. "I had an amazing shopping experience at Bonobos with Ish. I came in about 15 minutes before closing and explained that I needed some options for my husband for my sister's upcoming wedding. He put together two great looks - one safe and one a little out of my husband's usual style and had them expedited to the AirBNB that we were staying at in Santa Ynez. My hubby ended up loving both looks! There were some hiccups with the tie, but Ish was quick to let us know about it and even processed an exchange for the jacket because there was a slight defect on the hem stitching. Ish is the reason we will keep shopping at Bonobos! Thanks again!"
