"Today and after being a loyal customer of WHBM for the past 11 years, the brand lost my business over $30!!! I made a purchase of over $230 couple of weeks ago. I didn’t like one of the tops I purchased so I decided I would return it or exchange it with something else. I tossed the tag without thinking I might return it because I trust the brand and never had to take anything back. I went to the store at Walnut Creek today and they refused to return it. I asked ‘how about customer satisfaction?’ They’re like ‘sorry but since you’re returning it without the rage, we cannot take it back’. They did not put the slightest effort into making leave happy. I’m very disappointed and I’m not stepping foot again at any WHBM. I also spread the word to my network!"
