"Cool place to get some random stuff for a very low price. However, I showed up on a Sunday morning at 9:00 a.m. because that's they're posted store hours because I needed to pick up my Amazon package. The store was not open but you could see staff walking around back and forth and they just ignored me and everyone else that was waiting at the door. Waited 15 minutes and they still haven't opened the store so I left. I could understand if they're running a little behind and they need to open the store a little later, but not letting anyone know what's going on. Was kind of irritating and very unprofessional."
"I like that they have a bunch of discounted random items. the discount on top of the discounted things are my favorite. lots of beauty and home supplies. not a huge fan of their men's clothing options but that's just me."
"If I could I would give them minus 1000! I bought iPhone charger and asked if I can use it for few min to charge my phone as I had locked my keys inside the car and live in Napa and have my dog by itself and my 79 years old mother with heart condition worried . They said NO ! I hope one day they happen to be in my situation and someone says no to them ."
"Reasonable prices, sometimes if you have luck, you could find a lot of brand name clothes. I went to Ross in WC yesterday Monday 1/27/20 and got 4 pairs of shoes with unbelievable price. Two are .49 cents, one $1.99 and one $13.99. Lucky me.☘☘☘"
