"Sale items that are no longer on sale still have 40%off red stickers on them, but when you go to check out the taller blonde lady says the sale has ended & there is nothing they can do about it. While she is explaining the Sally’s rules and regulations to the lady at the register she could be removing all of the expired sale signs throughout the store. Then they only have large paper sacks. They don’t have any small bags. Today is Sunday, February 6, 2022. I usually shop online but decided to drive to the store today."

"I needed some hair color, and since my girlfriend whi is a successful hair stylist is not here I had to figure this one out on my own. The woman named Michelle was very nice and helpful. I needed bleach, gloves, brush, pink and blue. They don't have exactly what I use, since stephie gets it from a professional outlet in hermitage, TN. I got everything but the pink, they were out. I have a little left. Stephie happened to call when I got to where I'm staying for now right as I put bleach in. She said, it was a bit strong. I only left it in for a short time, and everything seemed to work out good. I now just need to go get the pink next time."

"The young girl at the register was sooooo rude! If you ask questions it was "uh I don't know"! If u ask her a price it was bring it here! Like it was my job to know, and I was bothering her! Which she was standing there doing nothings! So I ask the lady in the back for help and she was like, "the girl at the register will help u"! If I would have had time I would have left and drove to Olive branch store, they are eager to help you there! But I should be able to shop my Southaven store without feeling I'm a bother! Or to be treated rudely! My time is valuable ask well! The customer in front of me was treated the same! She also didn't want to add our pro info."
