"These reviews aren't lying.total disgrace.i was refilled a prescription over the phone told it would be ready at 10 .call to confirm before I went to bed told not ready maybe by 2 pm ..okay find when I drive 30 sum minutes from Memphis to this hell hole it still wasn't ready.i was told another 15 minutes .I come back to be told not in stock .it will come another day.these ppl don't check for prescription they don't give a dam how much gas or time u waste .they inconsiderant unconcerned in plain out incompetent... pissed me off .wait time is ridiculously"

"This place is a disgrace of a pharmacy, and the pharmacy manager Amanda is the rudest person I’ve ever met! She was mad I didn’t call my script in ahead of time and made me wait two hours out of spite even tho nobody was even there to make them busy! I will never fill a script here again or even walk inside this Walgreens or any other one"

"rude VERY slow staff that NEVER answers the phone, and if they do answer they will hang up on you after you've waited an hour. get ready to sit in the prescription line 20 minutes per car."

"Waited 45 mins on the phone just for them to say please hold and hang up 5 mins later. While on hold I decided to go to the store just to see no one waiting on the inside nor the drive thru. I told them I wanted an Rx filled and she told me it would be ready in 3hrs. Luckily for me i worked retail pharmacy for rite aid and cvs so i knew the process of filling Rxs so i was able to get my Rx filled in 5 mins maybe less. This store is the worst when it comes to customer service professionalism and timing. I wouldn’t recommend this location to my worst enemy on they death bed."
