And they did because according to them that was the solution, and to make matters worse they didn't even balance the tire. When asked to balance the tires they said it would cost an additional $10. Along with his bad attitude, never would I return to this business again."

"About 6 months ago got all my tires mix matched lugnuts changed to a uniform lugnut with a key for them and a tire replaced for lowest price around. Thought I should finally leave a review on that. Don't ever go to Pacific tire in West long Beach bums will try to rip you off. they were going to charge me 60$ more than these guys did. And I'm pretty sure it was because he was too lazy to do it so he offered a ridiculous price."
