I order my stuff exactly on nov 24th, 2023 and it is now dec 22nd, 2023 and nothing hasn’t even been touched which I’m completely convinced I’m not getting my order for 30+ days! customer support giving me UNPROFESSIONAL comments like “they pick and choose which ever orders they want to go out first” is not right and I hope BERNER betters his company because he doesn’t stand for this !!"
