They explained the differences between the batteries and made some recommendations as well. They were not pushy and waited for me to patiently decide with what I felt best suited my car needs. Had an unfortunate event where I left my battery to charge overnight but when I returned the following day, the battery showed signs that it had been accidentally dropped at the store.
