"If you are younger than 40 don’t go in here. These women who work there are not very nice to younger women! It’s such a bummer but this is my 3rd time with the same experience at this store! They were rude to me the worst when I had my kids with me. And my kids are well behaved! I don’t understand a place like this."

"Elena is lazy. I went in to get a dress price matched, she told me I had to go back to the Roseville store where the mistake was made and said she was too busy to deal with it. I was very upset because I only went to the roseville store to buy it since they did not have my size at the Folsom store and I live in EDH. I shop here all the time and feel that her customer service and attitude was not at par with WHBM. After getting upset she finally called Roseville store and they realized there was a glitch in the system. She just had to put in a little extra effort and it was a very simple fix but she would rather have helped someone who was buying something new. Beware of Elena when you shop there."
