"Boutique can be cute but service is dismal. Every time I went I would spend a few hundred but I get treated so poorly. It's me specifically. I walked in and said hello to the owner Chani, and she ignored me, someone else walked In and she greeted them completely. This is not the first time. I'm polite, and my money is just as good as anyone else's, but I definitely stand out, I just didn't think this "mean girl" behavior would happen from the business owner themselves. My husband and daughter BOTH noticed on separate occasions that she was blatantly rude and ignored me. The clothes is pilgrim style flowing florals and tiny dresses for prom for 15 year olds anyway. What a disappointment for Folsom, I had such high hopes."

"God forbid a tag falls off of a dress that your significant other tries on a couple times. You will then be accused of washing said garment because it has a subtle “smell”. Then be asked why it took a week to return if you didn’t like it. As if EVERYONE has the time to drive 20 miles to do a return immediately after you decide you didn’t like it. Not a very good experience for a first time customer that will not be returning."

"So walked in asked if they had a XL in something I liked and wanted to buy and store clerk said, “we don’t carry XL.” Wow really said with attitude."

"Such a beautiful place! I was sad when it looked like their original location was closed, but then quickly relieved when I saw they had simply moved across the Palladio. I always find something new when I visit, it's dangerous! I love the boutique style, and thankfully it doesn't come at too high a price tag. I especially love their blouses and positivity t-shirts. I'm excited to shop here again."

"Just came in today and was super impressed to find my new go-to place to shop! Very well stocked, new clothes every week and the staff really knows how to help you and make you feel comfortable with your choices!! Super happy I found a new place. I didn’t walk out with anything because I’m looking for a specific style for a wedding and had to be a bit picky but from trying on the dresses they are good quality and great prices.
