I am used to going to stores and having the sales people find the other sizes that I need. I don't know if they were giving us room because we were friends. And my friend didn't seem to mind. I just thought it's important to share that the staff didn't really help us during the shopping just at checkout."

"I’ve been to this location for many years and the customer service here has definitely gone down hill. Today when I went in I was able to find a few shirts that I wanted in a different size which was unavailable, the worker (who was also not wearing a mask during a pandemic) refused to help order the tops that I wanted online to ship to home. Even though I’ve done that many times before and was able to get the same service done at banana republic later that day. I asked nicely if he could help me identify it online so I could have my daughter order it for me and he even refused that. Overall highly disappointed and wouldn’t recommend coming to this location. The one off of Howe has exponentially better staff."
