"This store is ridiculous. I placed an online order for pick up it was supposed to be ready by 10am. At 1pm I went there and they said it wasn’t ready. It was literally 4 items. They said it’s still not ready so I waited another 20-30 mins because they said they would pull it. Eventually I ran out of time to wait and had to leave back to Sacramento for an apt. Then after another 30 mins I get a text saying now it’s ready which means I have to go back to Folsom again to try to pick it up. I called and they just put you on hold until you give up. The order was placed the previous day by the way."
"The next time you decide to chase someone outside the store because you guys “thought” it would be a good idea, tell the people in line that they’re just standing too close to the door. It’s that simple. Personally this place needs better staffing or a better manager. Whoever was standing In line triggered the sensors but i was chased almost to the under armor store and even had my purse checked..."
"I just want to say thank you. I am at a plus size for the first time in my life & I have been looking for that one pair of pants that fit just right. I did find that pair along with 2 others & I could not be happier. They fit & feel amazing. I will most certainly be back for more in the future."
