"If you guys come to look for a tv please ask for “Emerson” he was a really good help. He explained to us so much stuff and we got a REALLY good tv. Thank you Emerson for your amazing services!"
"I’ve always had the best people working with me there. I’ve never once been the type to talk bad about customer service cause hey, we’ve all been there. But going into the store today was the worst. Nobody assisted me with my warranty pick up. And when the manager stepped in, he was the WORST. He talked down to me, patronized me, and even got smart with me when he brought out a product that was not even mine. He expected me to take this cheap downgrade when my warranty issued me a product of the same type. Or even an upgrade. I’ve never felt so frustrated, and all this while I was on the phone with a customer service representative who told me my product was there and ready to go. These people at the Northridge site were absolutely rude and of no help. And I will not be returning to that site if I’m going to be helped by these same people who ruined my day with their behavior and customer service."
"Train your employees better. I went in to purchase a bag that was on sale. I asked an employee to reassure me the bag was on sale. He said it was. I purchased it and before I knew it I got charged full price. I was too excited I just tapped my card. I tried to get refunded the next day but guess what? You can’t get refunded! Why? Because there’s a store policy on fashion products being final sale. Where is this sign? Only in customer service. Did the employee who charged with me the bag tell me it was finale sale? No. Did they sell it to me at the sale price? No. Did they assure me it was supposed to be on sale? Yes. Now I’m getting a different answer that I should’ve checked myself and that the employee didn’t know what he was doing. He was trying to sell me something? He’s not earning commission? That’s the best answer you can give me? A sorry that’s store policy the employee who told you it was on sale didn’t know what he was doing. He was trying to sell you something. Really? That’s your employees. Never coming back thanks for the help!"
"Ginger went out of her way to help me and my friend I brought in to open an account. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn’t log into my online account and she helped me reset my password so I can make online payments and check my balance. Excellent customer service!"
"Cursacao is a crossover between Sears and Fry’s Electronics. They have a variety of items Including furniture, appliances such as washers/dryers, kitchen supplies, TVs, laptops, and more. The store has bright shiny lights and you can’t miss it which definitely attracts people in. My main issue with the store was their customer service as well as the pricing of their items. I was in the store for at least 45 minutes, went into multiple departments of the store, and not one single employee approached me. Not to say hello or ask for ask help. Some people were not even around. A customer near me wanted to buy a television that was on sale but could not hunt down anyone to help him. They have some items that you can make monthly payments on which is a nice option for those who don’t want to pay all at once but some of their items are incredibly overpriced compared to other stores such as Target, Amazon, etc. For example, I found one baby Fischer Price piano mat they had for $54.99 (see photo) and multiple other stores have it for $29.99. Just make sure you are checking items to get a good deal."
