"Terrible company. I would never recommend anyone purchasing products from ematic. I purchased an ematic laptop and it was defective within the manufacturer's warranty period. I was given a RMA number after I had Uploaded my purchase receipt, model,, serial number, Date of purchase and even paid for the extra insurance when I shipped my device that shows it arrived 8.20 at their location. I have had no updates and no replacement device has been received. Its going on a year now and i have contacted the bbb. They told me to let Walmart know my situation and that they do not want their reputation damaged for selling products that the manufacturer cannot hold up their end of a bargain with considering there are several several people who have had the same thing happen."
