"I had to get involved because my elderly mother paid for a refigerator on September 13, 2023 and has encountered nothing but disrespect, dishonesty and poor business practices in the process of dealing with this sorry excuse for an appliance company. Albee's chose not to show up to 3 different delivery appointments before they finally showed up to the 4th appointment with a blemished, used, dented unit and damaged my mother's home during installation. After several calls to Sabino, who clearly struggles to understand what the concept customer service is, to rectify the matter they finally agreed to deliver a replacement (new, unused) refrigerator. The replacement (new, unused) refrigerator was supposed to show up on Friday, October 13, 2023 but they were a no-show yet again. It is now October 17, 2023 and we are still waiting for them to deliver the refrigerator. Sabino and Frank are nothing more than disorganized, dishonest, clowns who can't seem to deliver on what they are in the business of selling, appliances. Stay away from this company. I understand that at one point during the life of this business they were a reputable company but those times are long gone. OVER A MONTH AND HAVEN'T RECEIVED WHAT WE PAID FOR!!!!"

"First, I’ve shopped at Albee’s for at least 30 years. And I appreciate a small store where everyone has been there for forever and knows everything vs. the entry-level guy at Best Buy who has to Google everything. So do NOT buy the 1 star reviews here, I don’t. I read a few of them. Some may be deserved, everyone drops the ball sometimes, it happens. But I saw 1 star reviews where the store is getting blamed for an issue with the manufacturer, sometimes way past the warranty period. Come on, ENTITLED people, grow a BRAIN and stop being JERKS over everything. With that said, I just wanted to give a 5 star for Sabino and Albert and everyone else at Albee’s. It’s refreshing to see a family-owned store these days in the era of big box stores. Sabino was very patient and took good care of me. Everything went well with my washer and dryer purchase and installation (they showed up on time, they did a good careful job, etc). Thank you, Albee’s! PS I like your good prices also!"

"My old fridge was from the 90s and irreparable, so my management company said Albee's would be calling to schedule the delivery of a new one. Joel called saying he could be here in 25 minutes, and he was! He and his coworker removed my old Kenmore and gave me time to clean up what had gotten under and behind it before installing my brand-new Avanti. I called to thank the owner, and he was as gracious and delightful as his team. I'm very grateful for them all!"

"I would give zero stars if I could. Terrible communication and huge safety risks. My entire building gets the same machines and our maintenance team and building manager told them multiple times what unit we needed. They call me many times for exact measurements and specifics when I’m just a tenant with no information. They then keep calling me. I tell them which unit to bring after talking to my building manager. My building manager called them 3 times to express our anger and disappointment with their terrible communication and listening skills. They are unable to do basic tasks. They delivered the washer/dryer during the 1 hour we told them not to come. Then they said it’s the wrong unit, the owner told the delivery driver the wrong information after we talked to him 5+ times. Then we had to wait another day (2 weeks without a machine). They ended up installing an ugly cheaper version of our old machine that makes so much noise no one could use it at night and that’s the only time I can wash clothes. They installed it at 11am and at 8pm my roommate said she thinks she smells something gas like but isn’t sure. I come home an hour later and the entire apartment smells like gas to the point I was coughing. My roommates were asleep and unaware of the dangers of gas. I could easily tell it’s coming from the washer/dryer that was just installed. They were inhaling gas for almost 9 hours, it’s a miracle they are alive and unharmed. We had to call fire department, police and SoCal gas at 10pm. They finally came to turn it off and in fact said someone installed the washer/dryer incorrectly which caused a leak. When I called the owner and delivery man - they said it was too late for them to deal with it. Someone could have died because of their mistakes. I have never been so upset in my life. They lost thousands of dollars of business now that the housing company I live in has cut ties but atleast this will save some lives."

"Absolutely LOVE Albee's! Came though with the best deal, and the best product! (And with all the lack of product inventory in 2021, not an easy task.) Fast delivery - three days ahead of schedule. SO good! Started when my oven caught fire, on Thanksgiving Day. Whirlpool repair came out a few days later to repair and asked for $950 to fix it. The next day I went to Albee's to buy a new one. I had already priced them out online -- the best deals were all "Out of Stock." Wanted a really nice model to replace my unit, but Home Depot, and Lowes, and a few other shops in L.A. could not deliver the models before January, '22. But Albee's had EXACTLY what I needed, that week! And at the best price! Will be a customer for life."
