"Worst experience ever!!! They didnt want to exchange my damaged couches, i told them i didnt want them nomore so they picked them up and after they still charged me another month after they had taken there dumb couches, this place finds a way to take your money even after you finish paying off something or you return an item!! Plus manager is so rude, unprofesional and harrased my wife over the phone, oh i will be filing a complain on him and taking legal actions for fraud and harrasment on this manager and store! Avoid this place!!"
"Order is cleared one day prior to my request to pick up order. Delivery states 1-3 days. I would have to wait until Monday the soonest. No Delivery on weekends.I requested to pick up today. Customer Rep. Stats I can not pick up. No manager on-site. I have to wait until manager is in. This is not good Customer service. I might cancel my order. The Customer satisfaction is very Unsatisfactory."
