They were fried crispy and very hot when they were served. The spicy mustard was interesting because it really added to the flavor profile of the chicken once dipped. "This is in the food court area of the new Sky River Casino. The sandwich itself was a good size. Nicely fried chicken thigh. Cole slaw... pickles.. nice bun. Taste was good... however it was not spicy hot. It was temperature hot but not tastebuds hot. Mild in spice. There were no levels of heat available. And maybe I misinterpreted the signage... as I expected it to be a level of spice hot. It is their first week open. The service was good and prompt as they both said your name and text messaged you that your food was ready."
