"Made me wait in the lobby 30 minutes after I had order it online. Instead of just taking me the order got lost and telling me when it would be ready, they kept telling me 5 more minutes. Beyond irritated."
"Decided to take a break from turkey this year and pre ordered several pizzas amd other items a couple days in advance for Thanksgiving. $100 order went thru fine. Come 2pm on Thanksgiving no pizza. Called several times and no answer. At 3pm drove there to see what was going on...and they're closed. I understand being closed on Thanksgiving but don't accept the order for delivery then. Accepted my $100 just fine tho. Attempted Pizza Guys order and was immediately rejected saying theyre closed. That's how it should work! Terrible service will not use Round Table ever again."
