"We come to this spot regularly. Great lunch buffet usually. This time around was very poor they had a very poor salad bar with wilted and slimy greens. When we asked to see if they can replace it they were reluctant. When they brought it back out they did not clean it and they still mixed fresh spinach with the other greens that were wilted and still slimy. The price was increased but yet the food was poorly prepared and hardly no pizzas out. Not sure if they're under a new management because the staff was all different. If this kind of service is provided we will not return."

"First time ordering: waited 30 minutes; pizza was sitting in the warmer and no one told me that it was ready, while i waited in the dining area. Staff were all in the back, not providing customer service. Second time: mom called and ordered, pizza didn't arrive for over an hour; mom called only to find out that it was set for a pick-up, not delivery. pizza was delivered cold and mom was charged a $7 delivery. Awful service ever for a pizza joint."

"We love Mountain Mikes pizza, but in my opinion their large seems more like a medium. But the price is for a large. Very disappointed in the sizing considering the price. It seems I should’ve orders extra large instead, but their description said a large had 12 to 14 slices. It does, but very small slices. Unimpressed and disappointed. Probably going back to Round Table Pizza."

"20 years of ordering from the best pizza is finally over. Few months ago they failed to deliver my order to the correct house. Decided to try again and shocking it happened again. I let the store verify my address to make sure it was correct. Driver never called, did not verify the address on the receipt just left on a random porch. No worries they will fix it, right? NO! The store has zero power to make the customer satisfied which is a direct reflection of the ownership group. The employees have always been friendly but the policies and lack of procedures to ensure high quality guest experience shows that your money is being wasted on another poorly operated franchisee. Good luck in the future, you will need it as you HAD a gold mine for a business."
