"This store cannot get an order straight and will lie to you to cover up issues. Don't order from this store. Response to Owner Reply: I do acknowledge & appreciate that the pizza errors were made right. However, two-in-a-row order errors are statistically relevant, especially after a sustained and concerted effort to disavow any responsibility - I don't feel that can be rectified."

"We order Pizza Guys ~monthly when we have had a long day and really just want to not have to worry about dinner. Normally, it works out fine, they deliver on time, no worries whatsoever. Today, however, their service has been terrible. The tracking function is a joke, but it was showing that the order was still cooking until the promise time, and then it was simply stopped working altogether. I waited 10 minutes after the promise time, and called the store to see about my order. 4 minutes on hold, the call dropped. I called again. Same. Call dropped after 4 minutes on hold. This happened 4 times in total before they finally answered. Little in the way of apology, nothing in terms of offering any compensation or credit. Just a "Yeah the driver just left with your order, sorry." Oh, and the text notifications I opted for? Nope. Just really disappointing overall. Order #154 at 5:39pm on Wednesday, 11/15."

"Gave my order to someone else, didnt even tell me until i asked about it, offered no discount and another lady before her order was wrong and when she left the old asian guy behind the counter said she needs to be slapped.... yall need to investigate everyone working this store"

"31/2 Stars Solid Not bad. I’d put Antelope Pizza House @41/2 Stars and Mountain Mikes @4 Stars in comparison. Both are strikingly similar but slightly edge out this chain imo."

"Let me start by saying that this place seemed at first like a great place to order based on the $35 pizza price. At that price I was expecting a very well thought out pizza with flavor and no expenses spare on toppings and overall appeal. When we got the 8 pizzas we ordered and this is my first time eating here it was worth no more then $15 a pizza. The sauce and cheese was 2.5inch away from crust and for someone who doesn't eat the crust I have 1/4 of each slice wasted. The dough is cardboard in all sense. Extremely vanilla with no flavor. There was nothing about any of the 8 pizza that made me state "yeah wow that worth the $35". Get you pizza somewhere else unless you don't have a problem paying $35 for a $15 pizza"
