Denny's,

"OnI January 12,3024, Me & my boyfriend stopped at the Denny's in Elk Grove because it was very late & all other restaurants were closed. The cashier acknowledged us but then disappeared . We sat down & waited while she cleared off tables & cashed out other customers in between. We kept wondering why she wasn't taking us to a table after waiting so long. There wasn't very many guests in the restaurant at the time. Finally 29 minutes later, she took us to a table. A waitress was chatting up some young men at the table next to us- telling them where she was born & grew up & was not in a hurry to end the conversation she was having. We looked at the menu & decided what we wanted to order. But no one came to take our order! We waited for another 20 minutes & then when no one came, we decided to leave. It was one of the worst experiences in a restaurant I can remember. If it was super busy, I could understand having to wait but this was not the case. The hostess/ cashier & waitress were very unprofessional & inappropriate. We will never go back to Elk Grove Denny's."
