"So there's only 2 Carl's Jr that my boyfriend and I go to in Elk Grove, and this one has won my heart. This morning the gentleman at the register for the drive thru was absolutely wonderful! Seriously he was nice, helped answer my annoying questions and had a wonderful attitude the whole time. I hope management sees this and gives him a raise"
"It was kind of slow (630pm sunday) when I went through the drive thru. But everyone was sent to pull forward and wait for our order. Then they forgot my drink."
"Went in to try the new juarassic think burger, and they forgot to put the burger patty in, quite disappointed to see my burger without patty. Called it in and manager was friendly enough to redo entire order for next day."
"I ordered the beyond firery burger combo with sour dough bread and i even ate i took a bite without looking at it, it had bacon in it. This is outrageous, called the store so many times they keep hanging up. For a person not eating bacon this is unacceptable. I hope to get hold of the manager when i walk in. Also with the drink they didn’t even give th straw when we got to freeway than we realized no straw in the bag."
