"Janet from the store went above and beyond. I’ve shopped at old navy for over 15 years and I’ve never met a worker like her. She was welcoming, very sweet, very informative, and actually cared about the people she was dealing with. I don’t think a worker can get better than her, and not only that she does things with intention. I don’t even think she realizes but she makes a difference just with her presence. I never really do reviews but I need the company to know they have a jewel on their hands. Thank you Janet for your time and it was a pleasure meeting you. We need more Janet’s in this world! I definitely will be back because of this woman, I know it was just a purchase and 1 interaction but what a difference she makes just that 1 time. She acknowledged things she didn’t have to, she made you feel welcome like if you were family. Thank you Old Navy for your employees like Janet who make the world just simply easier."

"This shopping trip was a bit of a sucesss. Before I entered the store, I placed a pick up for a sweater I ordered online. I got my order very quickly at the front. My plan was to pick up and leave but I saw these cute socks that were on sale. Let me tell you I waited 10 minutes to buy one item. Not only that I was at the front of the line for 10 minutes and there was a long line behind me. There was only three cashiers open. This store was very organized. I just think that the workers should prioritize check out."
