"The drive-thru automated order taking system is terrible. I have come here twice within the past two weeks and both times the system failed to properly comprehend my order. This evening, the automated system messed up the order three times before a human order taker took over. Even after human intervention they gave me a Chicken club sandwich instead of what I ordered. Fix your automated system or get rid of it."
"The gentleman at the drive thru, William, deserves a some positive recognition and appreciation for his customer service. He not only gave this customer his undivided attention, he in fact corrected the order and gave his courtesy throughout the interaction. Thank you and keep up the good work."
"Went here for dimner 6pm. I give fast food places some slack - no one is perfect, but they messed up every category. First a robot starts to take my order. Then halfway a guy takes over while I continue it. He was slightly on the rude side... After getting to the window the wait was pretty long, then after getting home and opening the food the order wasn't even the right order. I wanted the sourdough star but got a cheaper burger instead. Rip off."
"This place consistently has the worst food of any Carl's Junior in town. I really hope that the franchise gets pulled. This morning I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and it looks like it's been sitting in the warmer for several days. No worms or anything but it tastes awful, the color of the meat is somewhat green, and you can see in the photos attached that all the moisture from the sausage has moved into the biscuit. I don't expect high quality from fast food, but would have liked to have my belly filled without gagging. No receipt given because they knew they were serving sh@t. Avoid at all costs."
"Omg i have never had such a rude "i can't be bothered" worker experience. Drive thru didn't care less if she had a job. Asked if i wanted any sauce, then didn't give me any. Barely reached the bag of food out window in drive thru. Then closed window. I had to yell what about my drink. I then waited and got a small soda filled to top with ice. I paid for large, when i asked wait this isn't a large her reply was a roll of the eyes and scoff "yes it is". Which i haven't been to carls jr in awhile so maybe it is but i doubt it. When i got food home the bun is a complete soggy mess. There is just water/juice leaking all over and sandwich is swimming. I paid over $15 for this?"
