"I show up Wednesday morning 2:35 a.m. I wait in the Drive-Thru for about 7 minutes until the person says through the speaker our system is down so we are closed for the moment... But the neon sign says open???. Corporate if you're seeing this review pay a little visit to this Jack in the box and set them straight. You get a zero from me"

"I will drive out of the way to never eat at this location again. The bad service, very long waits in the drive through with hardly any cars, and poor service are not a one time thing. It’s every single time. And if you think ordering from the app is better or faster, you are wrong. The dining room is closed at 4:30pm on a weekday yet people are inside staring at you trying to unlock the doors. When you wait at the drive thru and tell them you have an online or they tell you to come inside. Then at the window of you ask if the inside is closed, they say yes. When you ask if sauces or items are in the bag, they say yes and walk away. But there will be no sauces, not even one, not even incorrect ones. Save your frustration. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else."
