"The Egyptian old lady in the dressing room is Very rude, almost shouted at us for trying to use one of the rooms. Its 19th of January at 10 am. She only smiles to her colleagues But not customers! she actually threatened me if i can complain her to her manager ! What is that! She used hate ethnic speech with me. Hated the experience. She actually jumped to a private conversation and started shouting! Her colleagues were there and witnessed it. Thanks to her manager who contained the situation. As for her , no ethics. تقول فخر العرب! مافي اخلاق"

"I recently found this sandwich maker and stand for my makeup and many other items. The employees are nice and friendly. Never have a problem with returns. They also have high end items. Great location to shop at in Santa Monica."

"Didn't have such a good experience this time. The cashier made two mistakes in one transaction. She was very sweet though. So I give her that. Charged me for an item twice.... Forgot to give me the receipt that l needed too. I paid cash so l got my money back from the item l was charged twice. The manager was very pleasant and courteous and l was too. No need to be rude nor nasty. People make mistakes. I do. The store is way to cramped this time. I had been there before but this time maybe due to the Holidays wow you can hardly walk around with merchandise all over. I don't cross this store off my list because of the few mistakes. I found a very nice bag, sportswear too, candles. Eyelashes etc. One must not worry about the small things. Everything is small.....enjoy what it is good!! and be always grateful."

"This TJ Maxx is two stories with men's, household, and children's items on the second floor. The thing that surprised me about this store is that they had Gucci and Yves St Laurent hand bags, shoes, and accessories locked up in display cases. No idea if they were authentic or brand new but definitely a first seeing such luxury items at a TJ Maxx."

"This place is my alternative for other TJ Maxx and Marshalls. Not because they are worse than others, as a matter of fact, the service is one of the best I have seen. It is just too small for me, that is it. Maybe because it is in the expensive area? I have been to several in different areas. This one has a restroom and that is thoughtful. And the restroom is also clean as I inspected and washed my hands there. The stuff is ok, the first floor has more than upstairs. The household area does not have many selections compared to other branches. Maybe it is also due to the shoppers. I refunded one item and the process was really nice and fast. Briana is young, friendly and fast enough to finish within one minute. I feel good for the whole process. I have stopped by several times to check out the new items, not each time I will buy something. But I bought Christmas chocolate just last night here. It is just the right time of the year for this. And TJ Maxx is definitely ready. A nice quiet location for this branch. I don’t know where the parking lot is as I arrive on foot. It is also safe without people bothering you outside. That makes me feel safe. Fee days ago I visited again and Audrey was helping me. She is nice and helpful, definitely a managerial candidate."
