"amazing take-out food. one problem, they didn’t give me plastic utensils which led me to going to the mariott lobby nearby and using THEIR fine metal utensils to eat my chow mein and chicken. thankfully they did not kick me out of the lobby."

"I came in on New Year’s Eve to pick up a food delivery order and the store doors were fully open. Upon waiting at the front a team member from 4 feet away from me called out loudly “MAAM WE ARE CLOSED.” I said “im here to pick up an Uber eats order. So can I still get that or?” And the same team member shouted that they were closed early and the order should have already been refunded. I said “that doesn’t refund my pay. Please turn off your app? Otherwise I’ll just keep getting called back here.” To which all four Latin team members and one heavyset white female manger either laughed at me or sneered. It was the most disrespect that I have ever experienced when picking up food. I will not be picking up food from this location again and I have filed a complaint against the store with the delivery app."

"I ordered through door dash and specifically ordered a large veggie roll dish. When I received my order, the staff only gave me 2 pieces even though the receipt says 12 pieces. Poor service overall when I contacted them to resolve the issue. I do not recommend ordering from here"

"Zero starts if I could.On 11/29/2021 I went for lunch with my wife around 12:15 pm and I have the worst experience ever. First, the 2 girls upfront were so rude and on a rush to finish with me. I ended up getting a wrong item in my wife plate which she is allergic to. The spring rolls and the rice were so old . Pls throw away your old food and don’t tell your customers it’s old and I have to wait to make fresh one. Bottom line I threw away $25 in a garbage."
