"The place wasn't too busy, maybe 4 tables of people and the rest of the tables open. There were 4 employees in the front of house as well. We ordered the Umami Burger and The Black Garlic Burger. After we put in the order, the server kind of disappeared. We were sitting for a bit and no one went to check on the food. Finally we asked to see if our order is ready and it came out. The burgers were suprisingly much much better than I expected. The burgers were insanely juice and the cheese was melted to perfection. I really really liked the food but the service was the complete opposite. We waited about 15 more minutes until we flagged down an employee (wasn't our server) for the check."
