Charlie's Best Burgers

"When here for the first time the first encounter I had with an older lady. Upon this interaction I asked if they serve breakfast all day. She responded in a rude tone with a "No" I then asked what time does breakfast end. In the same rude tone she responded with "No Breakfast, Breakfast over". I said okay, but I asked what time does breakfast end. She once again rudely responded with " 2 o'clock". It was 2:08 by the time I finally finished this interaction with her. Other than that everyone else seem very kind and patient. They get drive through orders like crazy(food is that delicious) the inside was impeccably clean but empty. All in all was a good experience but the rude lady needs to stay in the back or learn how to work at the register with a kinder attitude. Also some of the staff have bad staring problems. As for the bathrooms (you don't turn the handle to open it. You just pull) when I asked for a code (since there is a code system on the door) they said "just open the door". I turned the handle (like any other door works) and it did not open. I had to NOT turn the handle and just pull. 3/10/24..... I spent 30min on the bus thinking about my order. I arrived and placed my order. Honestly long story short, the lady got my order wrong but got everything else about the order right. I even tried to be nice about the situation(saying it could've have been my fault) and they Once again just stared at me(with a vacantly empty smile) and didn't even try to apologize. I had to catch the next bus back from where i came so I didn't have time to deal with the situation they way I should have so I said "I'll let it go this time" and left a bit upset because I know I spent 30 minutes on the bus going over exactly when I wanted."

"Drove 45 minutes in rush hour traffic for this. Worst tenders I’ve ever had. Tiny, no meat and all of it tasted as if it were a week old."

"Was at the DMV when I saw the advertisement of Charlie's, and it all looked so good. So after the DMV we decided to go there and we were not disappointed. The food was delicious! The service was great. Will be visiting again for sure."

"A total neighborhood gem! I've been driving by this place forever and on a random night when I was craving a burger, I stopped by and they did not disappoint! I got a 1/4 burger and onion rings. My husband got the pastrami burger and a small chili cheese fries. The only mistake we made was ordering too much food! The other of onion rings is enough for 2-3 people to share. I wanted to start with a classic burger but next time I will definitely explore the menu more."
