"It's not the best but very good pizza Fuoco pizza tastes better than the fungi pizza. But if you have a chance to go to the city of the mountain view near San Jose. Try Doppio Zero pizza. And they don't know how to make real cafe Latte. Don't order that."

"Worst gluten free pizza and now it ruined my trip, feeling very sick. They told me it’s safe for celiacs and they take precautions but not really. 0 stars Dont Go if you are celiac like me!"

"Finding gluten and egg-free pizza dough isn't easy, but we discovered it, and it's been a game-changer. Fuocco has not only addressed our pizza crust needs but also offers options without tomato sauce--a rarity in itself. The authentic Italian feel, with owners and some staff speaking Italian, adds to the overall experience. The lively atmosphere usually draws a large crowd during dinner hours, so arriving early is advisable. There's lots of seating in booths and tables. Our favorite picks are the Fuocco and Vespa pizzas, both ordered with gluten-free crusts. However, family members who have opted for the regular crusts rave about them. My husband, in particular, claims it's the best gluten free crust he's ever had. They take care to make the gluten free crust separately, but it's important to note there is a risk of cross-contamination. Personally, I watch them closely during preparation, as I've seen instances of placing the gluten-free crust on a counter with regular flour. While their oven isn't exclusively for gluten-free pizzas, I feel comfortable with the process, but it may not be suitable for everyone. The Ortolana is also a good choice with Mozzarella, red onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, basil, and extra virgin olive oil (No tomato sauce) The Fuocco pizza boasts mozzarella, prosciutto, arugula, parmesan, and truffle olive oil. The Vespa pizza features pepperoni, mozzarella, goat cheese, and a drizzle of spicy honey, which you can request on the side. Both pizzas, along with a few others, skip the tomato sauce, as the rich and creamy cheese creates its own delightful sauce during melting--an excellent perk for someone like me with a tomato allergy. The gluten free crusts are a bit steep at an additional $6 a pizza, but it is well worth it. Whenever we have family from out of town, Fuocco is our special go-to place to treat them!"

"BEST atmosphere and pizza! Very family-based feel and history! I haven’t had pizza of this quality since Lombardi’s in New York and cannot wait to go back when I’m in Downtown Fullerton!! Lots of love! Ordered: Di Tullio (with tomato sauce), Salsiccia e Friarielli"

"The pizzas were good. They came out the brick oven shortly after ordering and piping hot. The crust is thin, soft with a crunchy crust. Sabrina the waitress recommended a great red wine. Also, José Peña took wonderful care of us. They both get an A+ for hospitality. I arrived around 5PM and was seated in a booth. It seemed to be the perfect time. Shortly after the restaurant was flooded with dinner guests. The ambience was perfect for the restaurant."
