"I’ll blame the lack of customer service on them being busy and short staffed. But I can’t over look the fact that in the 20 minutes I was sitting in the store waiting on my pizza, both employees repeatedly went from talking on the phone/working the cash register to making pizza, never once washing their hands. Also, an employee had left a pack of cigarettes just sitting on the counter. Pretty gross."
