"Nice phó spot that has quick service, kind employees and delicious food. It had the crispy Vietnamese egg rolls and the well done brisket phó. Whether I order to go or eat there I don't have to wait long and the food always comes out hot. There is lots of seating, all tables and has accessibility for wheelchairs. This is our new phó spot!"

miracle happened:

"It's a place I've been to often before, but it's been a long time since Pendermic. The male owner seemed to be the same, and the last time I came, the broth was so salty that I couldn't eat it, but this time I was disappointed because it was so bland. Most of all, the worst part was that the inside of the store was so dirty. The sauce container didn't look like it had been cleaned for a long time, so it was disgusting and I didn't want to eat it. The napkin box sat white with dust. They didn't seem to clean at all. It's the first time I've been to a place where the cleanliness of the restaurant is this bad. I don't want to come back. I can't imagine how dirty the kitchen must be if the place where guests can see is like this. Plz clean clean clean!!!!!"

"Good prices, tasty food, and quick service. Tried the A5 combo and it had pork rolls, egg rolls, and spring rolls: two of each. They were all tasty and the peanut sauce didn't taste like it was out of a package. My friend got a small chicken bowl with extra veggies and it was big enough for both of us to share. The broth was good too. Overall great bang for your buck."
