"Our front loading LG washing machine decided to quit on us during the rainy season with two large dogs and lots of muddy paws! I called my usual repair guy, and he said it would be two weeks to get a part for it (based on a guess on what the problem was) and wouldn’t even come look at it until the part arrived. A friend recommended that we call Gianelli’s for repair. They arrived the next day, brought a variety of parts with them, and fixed it on the spot. And for some reason, it is running better than it did when it was brand new. The repair was not what my old repair guy thought it was….so had I waited the 2 weeks for him to show up….it would still be broken. Gianelli’s are the ones for us from now on. And when the time comes for a new appliance, we are going with these folks…they just earned our trust."
