"I have yet to get the damaged item replaced and I have been paying on items that are incomplete since day one was given the wrong mattress. Previous store manager took it upon himself to deliver one that he had and had been paying for the incorrect mattress and incomplete bedroom since September keep getting the run around and the new store manager spoke to me as I was stupid in her condescending tone. I requested for her to have the district manager call me and I have yet to hear from anyone going on second week that I did not get a call back. Completely dissatisfied with the store management. Delivery guys were great."
