"Mohammed was perfect in every regard. From my first contact by phone and my description of the "symptoms" he knew exactly what was needed, ordered the parts and had them shipped ASAP. He kept me abreast of the steps he would take,when he was coming and was here promptly as possible. He worked under confined conditions as the kitchen is crowded currently, and he got the job done quickly and efficiently. I am very happy with Mohammed. I would definitely recommend him and hope to have his astute skill next time."

"There should be two separate categories here, once the tech finally arrived at my house he was great. Polite, quick & the issue was resolved within an hour. The issue is that the arrival window was 8am-12pm. He arrived at 3:25pm, and I received no updates at all about the delay until he called just after 3 when he was on the way. Frustrating way to spend an entire day."

"Our service tech Conrad was amazing. He showed up early and fixed our washer/dryer very quickly. He was exceptionally polite and knowledgeable, and made sure to call ahead each time he visited so that I could have someone at my home while I worked. I cannot recommend this service enough."
