"This place could be better. For it being in a neighborhood where houses are $800k and up, explain to me why the laminate on the tables is peeling, chipped off, and the corners of the tables are worn down. The seats look terrible. I have been in Taco Bells in other neighborhoods and they don't look as run down as this. I had to take my Mexican Pizza back because this is the second time that it had a sour, bitter aftertaste. I told the guy at the counter that he should try it, it tastes bad. He said it was probably the oil. Well if it's the oil, shouldn't you change it out or adjust the temperature? I was able to exchange it for a Cheese quesadilla. There is nothing wrong with the other food, like the tacos and quesadillas but something was off with the Mexican Pizza."

"Yeah we ordered a number nine a Mexican pizza and two Taco Supremes and all we got was maybe about three little thin pieces of cheese about six pieces of lettuce on each taco no tomatoes no sour cream the Mexican pizza was done terrible it was the worst experience that we received ever we spent almost $13 for our meal it was very poor service this Taco Bell needs to get it together the cook that was on duty December 18th 2023 at 10:45 p.m. needs to be fired you ruined our dinner"

"Very small portions and terrible customer service! The girl taking the orders at the drive-thru was so rude. Definitely needs some customer service training. Food is so over priced."

"Most terrible experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. Our order was missing completely missing two items, the rice in our burritos was white instead of Mexican rice, they gave us the one sauce we did NOT ask for and our food wasn’t even warm. If I could give this 0 stars I would."

"Probably the worst experience ordering food ever. Nothing was heated up. Chalupa bread was as if you were eating a gyro, not even soggy, just like it was pulled out of the bag, and thrown together, never toasted/warmed up. The quesadilla was my personal favorite, THE CHEESE WASN'T EVEN MELTED!!!!!! Like not at all. DISGUSTING FOOD QUALITY. A SHAME TO THE NAME."
