"I am writing to bring to your attention my recent experience with Jacob, one of your customer service representatives at Whitmore. Unfortunately, my experience with Jacob was extremely disappointing and left me feeling undervalued and disrespected as a customer. During my interaction with Jacob, he was unprofessional and disrespectful in his behavior. Despite being in the middle of helping me with my order, he took a phone call and left me waiting for an extended period of time while he attended to the other customer. This was not only unprofessional, but it also showed a lack of consideration for my time and needs. To make matters worse, when Jacob finally returned to my call, he was condescending and dismissive in his tone and demeanor. He did not listen to my concerns and instead seemed more interested in rushing through the call and ending the interaction as quickly as possible. This behavior was unacceptable and did not meet the standards of professional conduct that customers should expect when dealing with a company. I hope that you take this feedback seriously and take the necessary steps to address the behavior of Jacob and your customer service team as a whole. As a loyal customer, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism, and unfortunately, my experience with Jacob fell far short of this expectation.
