"I would use one word to describe our experience with Mauzy and their team of Steve, Chris, and Christian. That word would be UNPARALLELED. Steve first came out and did a walk-through of the install and came up with the best plan that was truly amazing. Then to our surprise Chris and Christian showed up to do the install of our mini splits system. Chris and Christian are unmatched in their abilities, technical expertise, and customer satisfaction. These two men were consummate professionals, while being so friendly and courteous. Both Chris and Christian went above and beyond to make sure our system operated correctly and their install job was impeccable. They were both unbelievable and beyond compare. I would definitely have Mauzy do work for me in the future."
"Had a great service experience with technician Ezra. We booked annual maintenance for our 4 units (2AC, 2 furnaces) to keep them in warranty. Ezra was polite prompt, and efficient. He communicated very professionally and in layman's terms, explaining his findings & making recommendations. Also the dispatcher/field coordinator was very polite and efficient in keeping us updated on the eta for the technician. Overall, a great service appointment experience. I would highly recommend requesting Ezra for your technician. He did a great job representing the company."
"Had a new system installed last week, and so far so good! Bradley did a great job orienting us to available options and working within our budget. Chris and Christian installed the whole system, including new duct work, in less time than the 2.5 day estimate. They left the house in great condition, and our family has been enjoying the upgraded system... Especially the fact that it runs quieter and cleaner. The warranty provides an extra level of security. Happy we went with Mauzy through Costco's program."

"Extremely disappointed. The service was terrible and unprofessional! I asked for half a day off at work because my service appointment was confirmed for today from 8am-12noon. Around 11am I called to check if everything was OK since the tech had not arrived and I was told my appointment had been rescheduled, however, I didn't receive any notification of rescheduling. I was told by customer representative they would send the tech within 1 hour or so. Tech-Dylan scratched the bedroom wall with his latter. When checking the filter he didn't have the right size replacement with him. He first offered to cut and adjust the filter he had with him, but I said to him that it could get sucked into the air duck if he did that. I said that I had replaced the old filter 6 months ago and asked him if it would be safe for the unit to leave it until he brought me a replacement. He said that it was dark but that he could leave it but first would take a picture and document. At that point I asked for a proper replacement filter to be installed today as promised wen I purchased the units and membership. I am paying for a service on a Top Notch furnase and A/C unit, financed for 15 years, and was promised quality service. Thech said he would return within 15-20 mins with the proper filter and install it. He left around 1pm and it is now 2:30 pm. He left the old filter on the floor and the filter latch unscrewed. Service was not completed, and I missed a day from work."
