"Steve came and installed a fan in our freezer. He and other Sears technicians have been here trying to solve this problem many Times. They are very sincere, and this has been a very difficult fix, but they have stuck with it, and I am hopeful that this fix the problem. I think Sears is quality company and I appreciate all of their technicians."

"The technician was extremely knowledgeable and friendly when it came to coming out and being on time and knowing the equipment. We were just taking back a little bit by the price. We had the same pretty much thing done August 2022 and the price was $200 more this time around. I know things have gone up but $200 is pretty significant. We almost could’ve bought a new dryer for what we paid."

"We had to have some major repairs done on or Kenmore washer. Steve came out to do the work on it. He was professional, knew what he was doing, and explained everything that he was doing to me. He was held up, doing the job before mine. He called to let me know that he was running behind, and would that be ok. He informed me about 30 minutes before he came that he was on his way. We could have not asked for a better repair man to do the job. Now, having said that about your staff, I would like to express to you how difficult your automated system is. We got our appointment for a week out. The day before the appointment, we got a call telling us to confirm the appointment. But NO NUMBER WAS GIVEN TO CALL!!! Then, we got both a text, and an e-mail asking us to confirm the appointment. The e-mail then gave to option to either click on the button to reschedule the appointment, or the button to cancel the appointment. But THERE WAS NO BUTTON THE CLICK ON THE CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENT. The text gave an address to click on to confirm the appointment. The address sent us to the SAME screen as the e-mail had. GUESS WHAT????? There were those same options.....Reschedule or cancel. BUT THERE WAS NO PLACE TO CONFIRM THE APPPOINTMENT. Because of this very, very, very confusing screen, we actually had one appointment cancelled because we did not CONFIRM IT. A very bad configured website."
