"It's a good store but it could be great if you could bring in more than 4 items into a fitting room. Thats a bit extreme and discouraged me from coming back again. I'll go elsewhere"

"Worst experience. Went to the jewelry section. Older thin man and lady whose name starts with C were the worst ever. He kept complaining about wanting to get out of there to go home, and she was dismissive and very unhelpful. Unprofessional. You can't get better employees? I kept telling them I will wait to be helped. C didn't want to let me see the jewelry up close. Maybe it was because I wasn't looking at the expensive diamonds. The place was not busy. She wanted to finish putting her boxes away and he wanted to go home so bad but then stayed while I was with C. I'm sure Jcp wanted my money, but those two acted like they cared less about sales. C was quite happy when the guy ahead of me tipped her, so maybe she thought I wouldn't tip. Anyway, I went to the Fashion Valley store and L was absolutely marvelous and professional and helped me with my questions. We ended up buying things there. Jcp in Fletcher Pkwy should probably care more unless they want to close. Left a message at the office and tried to get hold of Jean and nobody called back. Just proves they lack skills to keep customers buying. I won't be sorry if this store closes."

"A little run down with broken escalator and elevator. Customer service was exceptional during checkout. I thought sales clerk was extremely patient with us and greatly assisted in getting full advertised sale price along with helping us with credit application that provided an extra savings discount that made our evening and highlight of our busy week."

"I normally don’t write negative post about a store but I need to tell every black person out there don’t come to the store. They’re very racist. Specially, with a girl named Taylor. Hi Katie, I heard that you’re the manager. Let me let you know that this is a message to you. 15 minutes before the store was closing I had already dropped my first load of things off at the cash register but I was approached by young lady didn’t catch her name. Did I need any help? I told her no the first time and she’s like well I think she kind of insisted and I told her no I said now you kind of threw me off because it was kind of rude and not professional so kind of upset me. I was done shopping at that point, so I got in line and the other person named Taylor, which I do not care for at all very unprofessional in front of five of your employees. Even though I was kind of upset by being kind of pushed and harassed, even though I was on my way to the cash register, I get that everybody wants to go home, but Taylor took it to another level with her smart comments in front of your employees and I didn’t care for that. I heard that yeah I said yeah right because she continue to go on and on and on she does not need to be in a any management position and I hope not because if you’re black, please don’t go to the store. These people are very racist. Because if I was white, I would’ve never been bothered at all anyway"

"Based on my various experiences here, the store has normally been well organized with a good variety of items. Customer service has been fine without any issues presented. Would recommend and would return."
