"Website is misleading and doesn't accurately state what's in stock. I ordered the part ...they happily took my money. When I showed up to get the part was told " oh that's on backorder for at least 4 weeks" The WEBSITE should have stated that and not list it as available in stock. Now they get a interest free loan while I wait for the return. Very shady way of doing business"

"Intuitive website, good prices, responsive customer service. The only issue was when they switched one of my parts​ to a different part based on my provided VIN without telling me. The original part I ordered was correct. They promptly shipped the correct part with paid return shipping for the wrong one. No big deal, but I would rather they double check with the customer before changing the order."
