"Brother went in to get a new battery today and employees told him they are unable to help him with anything because they don’t know how to swap his special batter(Silverado truck). They were unable to help jump his battery because they don’t have the correct cables, yet they sold him a set of jumper cables that I used to start his truck. he waited there for almost an hour until I showed up as multiple employees walked in and out of the store the whole time with no offers of assistance. What’s the corporate policy for helping customers with battery issues? The advertisements on the tv and radio make it seem like oreillys does everything in their power to help, yet this experience proved quite the opposite."
