I appreciate their honesty and great customer service. And, their quote for the work was about 1/2 of the other place. They have earned my future business! "Best price in town for alignment service, they also had a coupon on their site so you can get a lifetime service for about an extra 20% over the local dealership cost of onetime service. Some customer service issue I hope they improve but overall satisfied."

"Gary was so wonderful in getting me taken care of. My tire sensor kept going off and I filled the air and the next day the sensor would light up again. Frustrated I called Pepboys and luckily got to speak with Gary who managed to get me in right away to get the tire replaced. "Worst customer service. My Dad went in to this “repair facility” and for starters they refused to replace his brakes because they were still “good.” If my Dad went in there requesting they be replaced it’s for a reason. He’s going a long trip and doesn’t want to worry about whether the vehicle is going to stop or not. They also replaced the thermostat and upper radiator hose which started leaking the moment my Dad left the shop. When he returned to have them repair their faulty replacement, they practically refused to look the vehicle over and kept the truck there for 2 days without looking at it. When my Dad final showed up in person it took another service person to finally get the truck taken care of. A 20 minute repair nonetheless but that’s not the point. They’re quick to take your money but not to make things right when they make a mistake. Faulty repairs and mistakes happen but not stepping up and taking care of the customer when you messed up is inexcusable. Never going back there."
