"Cute clothes but cheaply made. Would only let me return a shirt if I had the tag even though I had the receipt. I even asked if they could at least exchange it if I couldn’t return it and they still wanted the tag. Like who keeps the tag ????!!!?!"

"They have cute clothes here, but I’m giving it a two star. For one, they always look at you like you’re going to steal. Two I wanted to exchange an UNWORN dress that STILL HAD TAGS for the SAME DRESS just a different size. I still had the receipt and it had only been days. I was told no. Three when I go in with my purse the walk in alarm goes off and they always make a big deal like if I stole. I JUST walked in how could I even. I only go when I’m in need of something cute and it’s last minute. Go order from shein or fashion nova. More variety better prices and you’re able to exchange/return when something doesn’t fit you."

"Even with the receipt and tags still intact, they only do exchanges or "store credit". And that I understand. But to then have the nerve to tell you that you only have a certain amount of time to use YOUR money?! I was a customer there for years but after feeling like I just got robbed I definitely won't be going back."
