He went beyond his job description to process my return in the pouring down rain while I waited in my car. He had to run back and forth about six times. Raphael was hands down the most friendly employee I’ve ever encountered at Macy’s and otherwise. Thank you Raphael!!"

"Went to Macy's Santa Maria, ca store to buy foundation makeup for a wedding. The store clerk tested on my face makeup which she sold me $60. When I was getting ready for the wedding, discovered the makeup was two shades too dark in the Sunlight. When trying to return it for exchange sales clerk told me they didn't have my skin cor, ivory, then she told me it was past 30 days and no return would be given even though Macy's employees sold me the wrong color."

"It is unacceptable that no one is monitoring the curbside pickup parking spaces. I recently went to collect my order, but all the curbside pickup spots were occupied, and the drivers were nowhere to be found. They simply parked their cars and went shopping, without any regard for others who needed those spots. This lack of accountability cannot be tolerated by the store managers, it affects business."

"I am really impressed with how this business has held on over the years, It is good to shop at a place that is still recognizable. Although it did decline in appearance after COVID-19 with apparel being disarrayed throughout locations. It has now been in a better appearance. Affordable to purchase items now despite the inflation hike. It is still a good place to shop."
