"There is a lot to choose from. There have been two instances where I have gone to get some hardware and it wasn't available. Was recommended to look for it online or on Amazon. With Fry's no longer open, the older adapters and cables market is up for grabs, and Amazon seems to be the funneled route."

"I felt pressured by the sales person to buy things I didn't need or want. They also wouldn't give me the same price as a neighboring Best Buy. I received a generally unfriendly feeling from the staff. My sense was that they were annoyed I wasn't buying more stuff."

"Nobody works here anymore. Spent an hour in the store wanting help with an item locked up, but there are no employees to be found. Stock was extremely low on all of their smart watches anyways, think they would have had to order it, but the brick and mortar store was absolutely pointless. Ended up ordering my item off Amazon since they could deliver my item next day, and according to Best Buy's website it would be 10 days to deliver to me. Customer service seems to be a thing of the past."

"I just left the store. I went in to get a charger for my iPhone. There was a nice gentleman who helped me find it. Then I went to the checkout. There was only one person at the checkout. He was with a customer and I waited about 10 minutes before, I asked someone else if she could check me out? It was an older lady with a red shirt and gray hair. She said that I would have to wait for the one checker to be free. I let her know I have been waiting quite a while. She said that “they take their time with each customer and I would just have to wait.”. She couldn’t be bothered to help me herself. I was very irritated and let her know I would be taking my business elsewhere. Don’t come to the store if You don’t have time to wait 10 minutes to be checked out. I’m very disappointed and won’t be going here to purchase anything else in the future. Amozon is less expensive and faster."
