"I went to Khols in Murrieta and I must say the sale clerk was extremely helpful and attentive. What I was looking for was not currently on the floor due to there rearrangement display of xmas decorations however, a store associate took the time to go back in the stock room to locate what I was looking for and bought it out to me. If that's not great customer service then what is?"
"I had ordered an item around Christmas and when it came it was a men's large. When I went to return it the first time the salesperson said I needed the ordered number because I ordered on line. So I tried to find it in my e-mails with no success. I brought it back in and Karen in the return department got the product number and looked it up with my Kohl's card and was able to sucessfully return the item for me. She was extremely patient."
"I went to Kohl's to return something I had purchased online. I just loved the way the store looked. It was so uplifting with all the christmas and different things on display. It made me happy. And the employees were very nice. And, I absolutely loved the lower price of the Christmas jewelry."
"My 1 star review is ONLY for one reason: It is absolutely ANNOYING how many times your associates ask if I want to open a credit card. 5 TIMES today!!!! I should only have to say no ONCE! And this is every time I come in. I will NEVER open a Kohl’s credit card simply because of your company’s pathetic push to get customers to open them. I don’t need one, don’t want one. Stop trying to pressure people into getting your credit card it’s ANNOYING."
